Pre-Shipment Approval
Upon request, we will provide detailed photographs of your completed artwork for approval prior to shipment. This ensures you are completely satisfied with the finished piece before it leaves the studio.
Condition Guarantee
We guarantee that your artwork will arrive in excellent condition. All shipments are handled by reputable international couriers such as DHL and Aramex to ensure secure and reliable delivery.
Quality Assurance Exchange
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your artwork, we offer a complimentary exchange, provided photographic evidence is supplied of the artwork destroyed.
Where appropriate, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
- A complimentary replacement
- Artistic refinements or improvements
- Account credit
Each request is reviewed carefully to ensure a fair and prompt resolution.
Transit Damage Protection
In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during transportation, and photographic evidence is provided, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
