Product Descriptions
We strive to describe our products accurately and completely. If a purchased product does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a replacement.
Invoicing
Customers will receive a purchase confirmation email upon completing an order.
Time for Creation – Hand-Painted Fine Art Reproductions
Hand-painted art reproductions require careful craftsmanship and sufficient drying time. We require 8–10 weeks from the moment of order to prepare your painting for shipment. The timeframe varies depending on complexity and size of the artwork.

Exchange Rights
Exchange Policy
ART MASONS is committed to exceptional quality and your satisfaction. As each artwork is custom hand-painted to order, we do not offer standard returns. However, we are pleased to offer exchanges or refinements in line with our Quality Assurance Policy.
If you are not satisfied with your artwork, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to discuss the matter. Please Note:
- Exchanges are assessed at our discretion, and a valid reason must be provided.
- You must contact us at info@artmasons.com before taking any action so we can review the issue and guide you through the appropriate process.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Items & Quality Concerns
If your painting arrives damaged during transportation or if there is a quality concern:
- Take clear digital photographs of:
- The artwork
- The damaged area (if applicable)
- The shipping tube packaging
- Email the images to info@artmasons.com including:
- Your order number
- The painting name
- A brief description of the issue
- The specific areas you would like us to address
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
- A complimentary replacement
- Artistic refinements or improvements
- Account credit
Conclusion
These terms are governed by DIFC law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this website, and any dispute arising from it, will also be governed by DIFC law.
